Spacious, well-designed room with comfortable bed and shower. Daily room service provided fresh sheets, towels, and cosmetics. Extremely helpful staff, especially Marina, who assisted with transfers. Convenient location near town centre and university. Nearby grocery shops, restaurants, and money exchange. Clean room with regular cleaning service.

I just had the most pleasant stay at this hotel! its location is unbeatable - it's close to the city center, but tucked away from the hectic tourist areas. Secondly, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, I absolutely loved the attention to detail in the rooms, with a great style and even a balcony where I could sit outside and enjoy the view.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints at all!

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was near everything and close to the city center. The cleanliness was really good, with spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were great, including a towel warmer in the bathroom that provided warm towels after each shower.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the city center, which was a perfect location for exploring the city. It was away from the busy tourist areas, yet still close enough to easily reach the city center. The room was clean and cozy, with a lovely balcony where I could sit outside and enjoy the view. The staff was friendly and responsive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had private parking and strong WiFi, which were great advantages.
I did notice that the hallways and common areas were in need of a makeover, as they appeared outdated and worn.

I had a very pleasant stay at the City Hotel Bortoli. The room was spacious and nicely designed, with a comfortable bed and stylish decor. The staff at the reception were polite and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the free tea station in the common room. The location was convenient, as I could easily walk to the center of town. Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the lack of English language channels on the TV and a few noisy neighbors, I found the overall experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly service, and convenient location.
